About us
The people behind FurnQube
FurnQube is a product of Initeam, a software company that has been digitising furniture, interior and fit-out businesses for more than 45 years. We don't bolt a generic ERP onto your business. We build software that knows the sector inside out, including how office and project interior designers work.
Patricia Vandelanotte and Igor Faccioli are at the helm. They built Initeam into the partner that fit-out businesses rely on today for their entire digital workflow.
Initeam in numbers
Our view on the sector
Office and project interior designers work with tight handover dates, dozens of suppliers and margins under constant pressure. Without a digital approach and an efficient organisation, too much time goes into admin instead of your clients and your projects.
With FurnQube, interior designers focus on what matters: winning projects, advising clients and delivering smoothly. Quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices run through one system, without duplicate work.
Why choose FurnQube
Sector expertise, not generic software
We know the flow from quote to handover, because we've worked with furniture, interior and fit-out businesses for decades. That knowledge is built into every screen of FurnQube.
Our own software, our own team
We develop and support FurnQube ourselves. You get answers from people who know the product inside out, not from an external helpdesk.
Close by, in two countries
With offices in Izegem and Aalsmeer, we stay close to our customers in the Benelux. Customers beyond the region work with FurnQube too.
