FurnQube is a product of Initeam BV, established in Belgium. We develop ERP software for office interior designers. For questions about this privacy policy, you can reach us at info@initeam.com.
2. What data do we collect?
We only collect data that you provide to us directly through the contact form on our website:
- Name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message (optional)
We do not place analytical cookies. For script management on our website, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM), a service provided by Google LLC.
3. How do we use your data?
We use your data exclusively to:
- Respond to your demo request
- Schedule an appointment
- Inform you about FurnQube if you explicitly request it
We do not send newsletters and do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) which you provide when submitting the contact form.
5. How long do we retain your data?
We retain your data for as long as necessary to process your request. If no collaboration is established, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the last contact.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: you can request what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: you can have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure: you can request deletion of your data.
- Objection: you can object to the processing of your data.
